In light of the recent developments regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19), we at Simpro Taxation Services wanted to inform you of the steps we are taking to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our clients, employees and other stakeholders.

Our primary concern is to preserve the health and wellbeing of our people and our clients during this period. To date, there has been no events of COVID-19 within our team. We have instituted strict measures to mitigate unnecessary risk to ensure that we can continue to deliver a high level of service to you through this uncertain time.

From 20th March 2020, all face-to-face appointments will be suspended until further notice. Video conference calls will be implemented as a replacement.

This means that:

  • You can still continue to phone and email our office as you currently do
  • Any appointments that would have previously occurred face-to-face will occur via video conference
  • Any clients who want to drop-off their January – March 2020 BAS documents will still be able to do so, as long as you inform the office beforehand
  • Any other documents may still be posted to our mailbox or couriered to our office

Lastly, we recommend our clients to follow the news and guidelines by the Australian Government’s Department of Health (AGDH).
